How to cook
First soak the bread in a bowl of water, then in another larger bowl grate the raw potatoes (I grate them on a fine grater), which are peeled and washed in advance.
Add the minced meat, finely chopped onion, egg, spices and a well-squeezed slice of bread.
The mixture is kneaded very well, so that the bread becomes almost invisible.
Then form small meatballs and fry them in a good amount of oil, or in a deep fryer, until they aquire a golden brown color.
Take them out and place the minced meat and potato meatballs onto kitchen paper and they're done.
