How to cook
Beat the eggs with the sugar. Add the coconut milk.
Gring the oats and almonds finely, and add them to the egg mix, along with the rice flour, baking soda, cinnamon, vanilla and a pinch of salt.
Melt the butters and add them to the batter. Stir well. It should have the consistency of cake batter.
Heat the waffle maker, grease it with oil and cook the waffles. Serve warm with honey.
