How to cook
Remove the pits of the dates.
Crush the chocolate into small pieces.
Put the coconut shavings in a deep plate.
Pour all of the ingredients in a blender (except the crushed dark chocolate and coconut shavings) and blend, until a coarse and shiny mixture is obtained.
Add the crushed chocolate and blend for a few more seconds, until the pieces are evenly distributed.
From the dough, form balls of the size you want.
