How to make
Cut the pumpkin into pieces, pour water over it and leave it to boil. Pour the seeds with a little water and leave them for 10-15 minutes.
Also prepare the juice from the orange and the apple . Remove the boiled pumpkin from the water (keep the water).
Put the pumpkin in the bowl, in which you will blend it. Pour the orange and apple juice over the pumpkin. Add honey (2 tsp.) and as much cinnamon as you like.
Blend into a homogeneous mixture and if necessary you can add a little of the water from boiling the pumpkin.
Also add chia seeds.
Serve the smoothie with a slice of orange.
The pumpkin and chia smoothie is ready.
