How to cook
Clean the sea bass, wash it and dry it with a towel.
Clean the vegetables, wash them and cut the sweet potatoe, potatoes, onion and eggplant with the peel, as in the picture.
Place the baking paper on the tray and arrange the fish and vegetables.
Make a marinade of soy sauce, olive oil, the juice of half a lemon, chopped parsley, chili and garlic powder.
The sea bass is cut in four places.
Spread the marinade on the fish and vegetables - the inside of the fish and in the sliced parts.
Fill the sliced parts with the sweet potatoes.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake the fish at 390°F (200°C) for half an hour.
Remove the aluminum foil, increase the temperature to 480°F (250°C) and bake for another 15 minutes.
The sea bass with vegetables is ready.
