How to cook
Wash, pit and cut the cherries in half. Divide them into four equal amounts and set them aside.
Unfold the puff pastry and cut it into four long sheets. Sprinkle each one with sugar and then with cherries.
Carefully roll up the narrow part of the roll. Arrange them in a baking tray with baking paper. Shape them into spirals.
In a cup, beat the mixture of egg yolk, oil and milk.
Spread the strudel with the mixture on top and bake at 360°F (180°C) for about 40 minutes or until it aquires a pleasant color.
