How to cook
Wash and cut the veal into small pieces. Fry it in a pan with a little oil.
Peel and slice the onions and carrots. Add them to the veal.
Wait a while and add the flour, black pepper, bay leaves and salt.
Pour enough water to cover the products. Boil for at least an hour.
Add the tomatoes and wine. Boil the stew for another half hour or until the meat is ready.
The veal with onions and carrots is very tender.
