How to cook
Put the turkey legs in a pot of water on the stove and boil them for 30-40 minutes.
Then take them out, separate the meat and cut it into small pieces.
Return the meat back into the pot with the broth and continue to boil.
Peel the carrots, onions, parsnips and potatoes and slice them. Pour them into the pot.
Add salt and oil. Boil the turkey soup, until the vegetables soften.
The turkey soup for kids is ready.
