How to cook
In a bowl, mix all of the products and mix with a wire whisk.
Transfer the mixture into a pot and lightly thicken the cream on a water bath on the hob.
Transfer into suitable baking bowls. Put them in a baking pan and pour water into it.
Bake in a water bath for about an hour at 300°F (150°C).
Leave the pudding to cool in the baking pan and then refrigerate it.
