How to cook
Boil the potatoes in advance and cut them into slices.
Melt a lump of butter in a pan and arrange the potatoes on top.
Beat the eggs with the spices. Cover the pan with a lid.
This way the upper part of the frittata will be baked.
You can also put the frittata in the oven briefly.
Turn it over with a plate and then grate the yellow cheese on top. Serve it warm.
The frittata with potatoes is ready.
