How to cook
Shape the meat into thin schnitzels and season them. Roll them in flour, beaten eggs and finally in the corn semolina. Set them aside.
First, fry the smoked meat and add the mushrooms. Saute them for a few minutes and pour them into a plate.
Add oil to the pan and fry the schnitzels in it.
Fry the flour in the same fat, by gradually pouring water, until the required density is obtained.
Season with salt and black pepper. Place the mushrooms, smoked meat and veal schnitzels back into the pan.
Leave the hunter's style veal schnitzels to simmer for a few minutes and remove them from the heat.
