How to cook
The almonds are grinded in a food processor. Turn the oven on to 390°F (200°C).
Divide the eggs into yolks and whites into two bowls. Add a pinch of salt to the egg whites and beat with the mixer at high speed, until a thick foamy mixture is obtained.
With the same stirrers of the mixer, beat the yolks and sugar. Then add the flour and butter - again beat, until the mixture is homogeneous.
Add the almonds and stir with a wooden spoon. Add the egg whites in two or three portions, while stirring gently with a spoon, so that they do not lose their volume.
Pour the finished mixture into the oven tray. I used baking paper, but you can grease the tray. Bake only one cake base.
I put it in the middle of the oven at 370°F (190°C) and baked it for 11 minutes.
