How to cook
Season the cod fillet with salt and black pepper.
Leave the fish in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Put the fish in a baking bag, add a slice of butter on each piece and drizzle them with lemon juice.
Sprinkle with the chopped parsley and cherry tomatoes.
Bake in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) for 25-30 minutes.
Serve the baked cod with cherry tomatoes with a side dish of your choice.
