How to cook
Fry the onion and garlic in a little olive oil in a pan. Add some of the white wine.
Add the cheeses, cream and chicken broth and leave it to thicken.
Cut the chicken fillet into strips and season with salt and white pepper. Fry the chicken strips in a pan in a little olive oil for 10-12 minutes.
Add the remaining white wine. Towards the end, add the four cheese sauce.
Serve with a rice side dish and vegetables.
The chicken fillets with four cheese sauce are very tasty.
