How to cook
Beat the egg whites, until a white mixture is obtained and by gradually adding the sugar. Add the hazelnuts and mix with a spatula.
In a tray lined with baking paper, place a bit from the mixture with a spoon, by forming circles. Bake the biscuits in a heated oven at 160°F (70°C) for about two hours and take them out to cool.
Heat the cream and add the broken chocolate. Stir, until it melts and refrigerate it.
Once the mixture has cooled, beat it with a mixer, until a cream is obtained.
Stick two meringue pieces together with cream and sprinkle them with hazelnuts.
The meringue with chocolate mousse and hazelnuts is very tasty.
