How to cook
Heat the oil in a deep pan.
Cut the beef into bite-size pieces and put it in the pan. As soon as it is sealed on one side, turn it to fry on the other side as well.
Deglaze with a glass of white wine and pour hot water to cover the meat. Let it simmer on a low heat, until it's ready and if necessary, add water.
As soon as the meat is ready and remains in fat, add the chopped onion, garlic, peppers and mix. Season with salt and black pepper and fry, until the vegetables are ready.
Peel and wash the potatoes and put them to boil in salted water. Strain them from the water, add the butter and mash them. Pour hot milk to the desired thickness and stir.
Place some of the meat in a large plate, cover it with the puree and add the rest of the meat on top.
The spicy beef with onions is very tasty.
