How to cook
The beef fillet is cut into portioned pieces and it is sprinkled with salt and black pepper.
Fry it with the oil over moderate heat and then add the finely chopped onion.
It should be stirred frequently to prevent burning. Finally, add the flour, which is well dissolved in the white wine, by stirring continuously. Boil on very low heat, until the meat becomes tender.
Finally, the cream is added and heated for about 5-10 more minutes, in order to mix the ingredients well and the stewed beef to fully cook.
Serve it with a potato salad, generously sprinkled with finely chopped parsley.
The white wine stewed beef is very tasty.
