How to cook
Heat the oil in a deep pan on the stove over medium heat. Lightly fry the bacon. but just enough to release the fat for about 5 minutes.
Remove it from the pan. Add the ground beef and fry, by stirring and pressing constantly, until it becomes crumbly (about 10 minutes). Add the cabbage and mix well.
Add the water and season with salt and black pepper. Cover with a lid and cook for about 20 minutes, until the cabbage softens.
Add the bacon and cook (without the lid), until the liquid is reduced, for about 15 more minutes. Finally, sprinkle with chopped parsley and mix.
The ground beef and cabbage with bacon is ready.
