How to cook
Pour yogurt into a suitable deep bowl, add the flaxseed, turmeric and cinnamon.
Mix the dry ingredients very well into the yogurt. A spoonful of agave syrup is also added.
The mixture is stirred again and placed in the refrigerator. It is usually prepared in the evening and distributed into two bowls in the morning.
Place another spoonful of the Agave syrup on each portion, sprinkle with flaxseed and eat it.
A very good breakfast for improving your metabolism and increasing your immunity.
