How to cook
Beat the eggs with the sugar. The yogurt is added. Beat again.
Add the oil and beat again. The baking powder is mixed with the flour and gradually poured into the egg mixture.
Stir gently to absorb the flour. The paper muffin cups are placed in the muffin tin and filled halfway.
Bake at 360°F (180°C).
Beat the cream cheese and liquid chocolate with the mixer, until a smooth mixture is obtained.
Once the cupcakes have cooled, cut off the lids. Scoop out a little of the cupcake and add the cream.
Add the carved out part of the cupcake and place the lid on top of the cupcakes with filling.
With a piping bag, pipe out the cream on top of the cupcake.
