How to cook
Sift the flour with half a teaspoon of baking soda and a pinch of salt. Add the honey, sugar, egg, cinnamon and oil. Knead the dough. On a floured surface, roll out the dough for the Christmas Cookies with Honey and Cinnamon into a 0.15″ (4 mm) thick sheet.
Cut cookies with Christmas molds from it. Place the cookies with cinnamon on a tray lined with baking paper and bake for 7-8 minutes in an oven preheated to 360°F (180°C).
Cool the baked Christmas cookies on a wire rack. With a wire whisk, beat one egg white with 2 drops of lemon juice and start pouring the sifted powdered sugar, by stirring vigorously, until a thick homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Use it to draw patterns on the cookies and decorate them with cute pearls or whatever you like.
