How to cook
Finely chop the tarragon sprigs (taros) along with the garlic cloves.
Season the fish inside and out with salt and black pepper and the prepared taros and garlic mixture.
Put a piece of lemon in the belly of the fish. Make a few shallow slits on the fish and insert a slice of lemon into them.
Pour olive oil into a convenient baking pan. Place the fish, pour a cup of white wine and 1-2 tbsp. of olive oil over it.
Put a sprig of cherry tomatoes in the baking pan. Bake the sea bream in a preheated oven at 370°F (190°C) for about 30 minutes.
Serve the oven-baked sea bream with tarragon with a salad of your choice.
