How to cook
In a convenient pot, pour 1/2 cup of olive oil.
Fry for 3-4 minutes, by turning the meat frequently. Add the chopped leeks and celery.
Sprinkle with a tablespoon of paprika, season with a pinch of black pepper, salt and add 2 tbsp. of tomato puree.
Cover the pot and stew the chicken stew for 10 minutes, then pour the warm vegetable broth and finish cooking, until the dish remains in fat.
Serve the chicken stew with leeks and celery, sprinkled with finely chopped parsley!
