How to cook
Put the eggs and sugar in a bowl and beat with a mixer, until a smooth cream is obtained.
Sift the flour with the baking powder.
Break up the chocolate and melt it in a water bath along with the butter.
Wait for about 5-6 minutes for it to cool down and pour it into the egg mixture, by stirring with a spoon.
Add the flour in portions. Add the chopped walnuts and homogenize the mixture.
Beat the Philadelphia cheese with the egg and sugar.
In a greased and floured baking pan, pour the cake mixture and the cheese cream on it.
Put a spoonful of the liquid chocolate in several places and spread it in different directions with a wooden skewer, forming different patterns.
Bake the brownie cake at 360°F (180°C) in a preheated oven for about 35-40 minutes.
Cut the baked chocolate brownie cheesecake into pieces.
