Ingredients

  • beef - 4 schnitzels, 5.5 oz (160 g) each
  • ramsons - 1 bunch, (wild garlic)
  • eggs - 2
  • processed cheese - 4 pieces
  • ham - 4 slices
  • flour - 2/3 cup (150 g)
  • breadcrumbs - 2/3 cup (150 g)
  • butter - 4 tablespoons
  • black pepper

How to cook

Prepare the beef schnitzels by gently tenderizing them and then rubbing them with salt and black pepper to taste, next add the wild garlic leaves. Lay out the seasoned schnitzels on the table. On the top piece, place a piece of ham, a piece of processed cheese (can use a triangular one for spreading).

Squeeze the cheese gently to flatten it. Fold the schnitzel in half, so that the cheese remains in the middle. Pierce it with a toothpick so that it keeps its shape. Beat the eggs well.

Dip the schnitzels first in the flour, then in the eggs and finally in the breadcrumbs. Fry in heated butter and serve with a garnish of your choice.
