  • rose petals - 9 oz (250 g)
  • sugar - 2 cups (500 g)
  • lemons - juice of 3


Prepare a runny syrup using 2 cups (500 ml) water and sugar on the stove. As it begins to form small bubbles, add the washed rose petals. Simmer for another 10 minutes.

When completely cooled, strain and mix it with the lemon juice. Put it in bottles, which you must close well and keep in refrigerator.
