How to cook
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil and fry the minced meat, stirring it constantly, until you get crumbs. Add 8 1/3 cups (2 liters) of boiling water to it and the broth and chopped vegetables.
Allow to boil semi-covered and 5 minutes before removing from the heat, add the vermicelli. Finally, mix in the chopped parsley, check the salt and thicken if desired with 1 egg and 2/3 cup (150 grams) of yoghurt.
