How to cook
Extinguish the baking soda in the yoghurt, then mix it with the eggs, salt, sugar, vanilla, and beat everything well. Stir the semolina with the melted butter separately and then add it to the egg-milk mixture.
Optionally, you can add grated lemon rind and coconut flakes. Stir well once again and pour it into a cake form. Allow to sit for about half an hour.
Bake the cake at 383°F (195 °C) until the crust turns golden.
