Clean the potatoes and put them in a greased tray. Flavor the fish with the spices, lemon juice and wine in advance, then leave it for about half an hour.

Put the seasoned fish on top of the potatoes. Pour the tomato paste and the fish marinade over everything and put it to bake in a moderate oven.
