How to cook
Boil the macaroni according to the package directions, then rinse them under cold running water. Heat a few tablespoons of oil or olive oil in a pot and fry the finely chopped onion, garlic and grated carrot.
Once softened, add the tomatoes, spices to taste and blend everything lightly. Let the sauce simmer until slightly thickened and reduced, then add the crab rolls, which have been cut into small pieces.
Mix the macaroni with thus prepared sauce and serve it in bowls, sprinkled with feta cheese and olives, if desired.
