Chicken Nuggets with Cornflakes

  • chicken - 2 - 3 fillets
  • flour - 4 tablespoons
  • eggs - 2
  • cornflakes - 3 tablespoons, crushed
  • soya sauce
  • mustard
  • garlic sauce - or other sauce by choice
  • black pepper
  • salt


Cut the chicken into coarse pieces. Salt and sprinkle them with black pepper. Heat oil in a pan and beat the eggs.

Roll each piece of chicken in flour, dip it in eggs, then in cornflakes. Fry until golden on both sides and drain on a cooking grid with paper towels underneath.

Serve with a sauce of your choice.
