Ingredients

  • butter - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • potatoes - 24.5 oz (700 g)
  • emmental - 3.5 oz (100 g) grated or plain cheese
  • eggs - 5
  • liquid cream - 2/5 cup (100 g), cooking
  • salt - 1 pinch
  • black pepper

Preparation

Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin round slices. Fry them in a pan in the butter on medium heat until golden on both sides. Then sprinkle with grated emmental cheese / cheese and make nests for the eggs.
