How to cook

Chop the onion finely and fry it until soft, then add water, a little past the halfway point of the pot. Add the potatoes.

When the potatoes are almost done (after about 15-20 minutes), add the chicken, pre-sliced into bites (cubes) and the carrots. Leave it for about 10 minutes to boil. Add a pinch of salt.

Then make a roux from the egg yolks and yoghurt and pour it in a thin trickle while stirring, to prevent it from curdling. Leave to boil for 5 minutes and add the finely chopped parsley. Enjoy your meal!
