  • almonds - 1 tbsp (15 g)
  • butter - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • eggs - 4
  • vinegar
  • sugar
  • salt


Grind the almonds, mix with a glass of water and blend. Beat the butter, adding the egg yolks one by one and then, the mixture of almond nuts, a little vinegar, sugar and salt to taste.
