  • macaroni - 1 pack
  • mushrooms - 17.5 oz (500 g) pickled
  • peas - 1 2/3 cups (400 g) canned
  • shrimp - 2 oz (50 g), cleaned
  • oil
  • black pepper
  • basil - 1 bunch
  • lemon juice
  • salt


Put the macaroni in boiling, salted water and mix to prevent them from sticking. Be careful not to boil them too much. When ready, add cold water and drain them well.

Pour on oil and mix. Add the mushrooms to these (if too large, cut them), then the shrimp, peas and chopped basil. Season with black pepper, lemon juice and, if necessary, salt.
