Prepare the seafood by cleaning, washing and drying it. Cut the squid and crabs, and tenderize the octopus tentacles slightly and cut them into pieces. Put all of the seafood to marinate for half an hour in wine vinegar, olive oil, cinnamon, bay leaf, allspice, nutmeg, paprika, black pepper and salt to taste.
Occasionally stir the seafood to flavour it evenly. Then boil water on the stove and put the well drained seafood to boil. When ready, drain it again. Heat the oil in a pot and add the seafood. Fry them evenly while stirring, then top up with a little of the marinade.
Close with a lid and let it sauté. Chop 3 cloves of garlic and 1 small carrot and add them to the seafood and octopus. Allow to sauté until completely cooked. If necessary, add more of the marinade.
Serve on a lettuce leaf and sprinkled with a little fresh dill.
