How to cook
Sift the flour into a bowl, make a well in it and add the lightly beaten eggs. Slowly pour in half the milk and stir until you get a smooth mixture. Add the salt, oil, melted butter, powdered sugar, baking powder and vanilla.
Finally, add the second half of the milk, mix well and mix with the crushed rusks. You can also use breadcrumbs.
Grease a small skillet and pour in half a large ladle of the mixture at a time. Use a pan with a small bottom to prevent the pancakes from running too much. Once browned on one side, turn to the other. Serve garnished as desired.
