Wash the chicken, dry and place it in a bowl. Beat all the other products with a whisk until you get a marinade. Top the chicken with it, mix, cover the bowl and leave it in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours.
Arrange the marinated chicken fillets in a buttered baking dish. Top up the sides with about 1/2 cup hot water and cover the dish with aluminum foil. Put the dish to bake in a pre-heated 392°F (200 °C) oven for about 40 minutes.
