How to cook
Peel, wash and chop the sweet potatoes into the desired shapes. Mix the pressed garlic, cinnamon, curry powder, turmeric, sesame oil, savory, salt and black pepper together until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Pour this mixture over the potatoes and marinate them. Leave them as is for 30 minutes, add 2/3 cup (150 ml) of warm water into the tray and put them to bake in a moderately heated oven.
The sweet potatoes cook quickly - for about 15 minutes. Serve them with hot sauce or other garnish.
