Ingredients

  • eggs - 4 + 2 more yolks
  • sour cream - 2 tbsp (30 g)
  • cheese - 2 oz (50 g)
  • white wine - 1 cup (250 ml)
  • bacon - 7 oz (200 g)
  • bread - 10.5 oz (300 g), sliced
  • tomatoes - 1
  • salt
  • black pepper

Preparation

Make a thick sauce from the cream, egg yolks, cheese and wine in a water bath. Season the sauce with salt and pepper.

Fry the 4 eggs sunny side up, cut the bacon into 4 thin slices. Brush the bread slices with the butter, put a slice of bacon, slice of tomato and a fried egg on each.

Pour the sauce on top of the sandwiches and serve.
