Boil the rice in 4 cups of water. Once cooked, strain it through a colander and set it aside. Separately, fry the finely chopped onions in the oil until they turn brownish.

Then add in the rice, add 2 eggs, finely chopped dill, grated nutmeg, black pepper, salt and breadcrumbs in order to obtain a thick paste. Make meatballs from the mixture.

Make a crumbing mixture from the other 2 eggs and some breadcrumbs, roll the rice meatballs in it and fry them in hot oil.find similar recipes here
