How to cook
Put the gelatin to swell in the necessary amount of water. Blend the biscuits in a food processor or blender and mix them with the melted butter and honey. If necessary, add a few tablespoons of milk and spread out the layer in a greased form.
Distribute it well along the walls and on the bottom. Cut the bananas and blend them with the cream and powdered sugar. Melt the swollen gelatin without boiling it, let it cool a little and beat it into the banana mixture.
Pour the mixture over the layer and put the pie in the refrigerator for about 4 hours. Then garnish the top with plenty of whipped cream through from a pastry bag and serve it.
