How to cook
Finely chop the sauerkraut and garlic and sauté them in the oil until the sauerkraut softens fully. Add the flour, frying it until powdery.
Season with paprika and dilute with a little sauerkraut juice. Let the well mixed porridge boil on low heat until thickened.
The dish can be cooked in the oven or in a clay container.
