Make the marinade by mixing all the products (except the wings). Clean and wash the chicken wings and soak them in the marinade overnight.
The next day, arrange the chicken in a baking dish and top the wings with the marinade which they were soaked in. Cover the dish with foil and bake in a moderate oven for about 45 minutes.
Serve with some chopped green onions. Finally, remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes.
