  • chicken steaks - 4
  • tomatoes - 2
  • cheese - 5.5 oz (150 g)
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • lemon juice
  • soya sauce
  • beer - 1 cup


Tenderize the fillets lightly and season them with salt, pepper, lemon juice, soya sauce and beer. Leave them to sit for 30 minutes.

Cut the tomatoes into thick slices and the cheese into 4 slices. Smear the grill with oil and bake the tomatoes lightly on both sides. Leave them in a plate. Bake the fillets lightly on both sides.

On the first baked side of each fillet, place a slice of cheese, arrange the tomatoes on top and bake until the cheese melts a bit.

Arrange on a plate and decorate with leafy greens.
