How to cook

In 4 1/5 cups (1 liter) of hot water, put the leeks, celery stalks and carrot, finely chopped in advance. Boil for 5 minutes. Cut the meat into small cubes in a container. Add the starch, lemon juice, soya sauce and oil.

Mix the prepared mixture well with your hands. Marinate for 10-15 minutes, after which, add it to the soup. Stir the mixture, wait for it to boil again and after 5 - 6 minutes, add the remaining lemon juice.

Cover the bottoms of the soup bowls with chopped spinach leaves and finely chopped celery leaves. Pour in the soup on top and serve it with parsley leaves.
