Ingredients

  • olives - 7 oz (200 g), green, pitted
  • cream - 1/2 cup (120 g)
  • cayenne pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • basil - 1 bunch
  • garlic - 1 - 2 cloves

How to cook

Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend them well. Pour them into a glass container with a lid and put in the fridge for several hours.

The sauce can maintain its taste for up to 2 weeks if stored properly. It is exceptionally suitable for tortillas, spaghetti, macaroni, sandwiches and salads.
