Peel the potatoes and grate them on a fine grater. Add the pork, the soaked in water and squeezed bread, the dry spices, chopped onions and egg. Mix everything very well and finally, add the parsley and garlic.
Knead the mixture once again and put it in a refrigerator for 30 minutes. Shape meatballs with greased hands, roll them in flour and drop them to fry in plenty of heated oil.
After they have braised on one side, turn them to the other side, and so on, flipping them 2-3 times in total. Serve the finished meatballs from mince and potatoes, with a salad of your choice.
