How to cook
Mix the oil, beer, butter, salt and flour together and knead a soft dough that can be rolled out.
Roll it out and cut it into strips. Arrange them in a tray with baking paper and smear them with the egg yolk that has been beaten with a little water.
Sprinkle with sesame or caraway seeds if desired. Put them to bake up to a nice tan in a moderately heated oven.
