How to cook
Cut the cabbage into strips in a large bowl and add cucumber to it, that you've chopped into small slices, then the tomato and sausage.
Shell the eggs, cut them into cubes and transfer to a bowl. Add the julienned onion that you've rubbed with a little salt. Mix everything well, season with salt, olive oil and lemon juice.
Serve the salad in bowls. You will get 4-5 servings from the listed products.
